It might be, I am not sure.

The radio station that ALWAYS causes problems is anything from
www.hbr1.com.

Every 30 minutes or so there is an interlude/advert, but (I am guessing)
with a different codec from the actual music.

The best way to reproduce is to remove any non-free codec plugins and
listen to any hbr1 radio station until it crashes.
