[Bug 93036] Compiz makes 'new item' window appear behind Menu Editor

Binary package hint: compiz

With compiz running, open the menu editor and click 'new item'. The
window appears directly behind the menu editor and is visible on the
window list bar. Metacity appears to place the 'new item' window
anywhere but over the menu editor window.
