[Bug 91637] Evolution displays wrong time after new dst

Binary package hint: evolution

I'm in the timezone atlantic/halifax and I've updated my timezone info
so that my system is working properly, but for some reason Evolution is
reporting the time one hour early.....Evolution must have it's own time
zone info (I think I read somewhere that it was a package "libical" but
I couldn't seem to find that in edgy)

I assume this evolution timezone file should be updated (I'll keep
searching for it in the mean time)
