Thank you for your bug. That works fine on my feisty desktop. Do you
still have that problem? Do you have a Test.txt when you refresh or has
the file just been deleted?

A similar bug has been fixed to feisty, GNOME 2.17.91 already had the
change though:

        * libgnomevfs/gnome-vfs-xfer.c: (copy_items):
        Don't always cancel on EFILEEXISTS unless we're trying to
        generate unique filenames. This fixes a silent abort
        when copying "file.txt" and "FILE.TXT" to a case insensitive
        filesystem (like FAT). (#144726)
