Public bug reported:
Gnomes 'always on top' option is disabled, and in programs like xmms
which have an 'always on top' option it is ignored.
(not sure if this is xgl or compiz or gnome-window-manager, but it was
part of setting up xgl)
** Affects: compiz (upstream)
Importance: Unknown
Status: Confirmed
** Affects: libwnck (Ubuntu)
Importance: Low
Status: Confirmed
