Thank you for your bug. There is work planned upstream for GNOME 2.20 to
merge capplets, those are likely to be part of that change. Technically
the bug is a correct upstream wishlist, closing it though because we
have no real use for bugs for designs changes like that one, that's not
somebody we are going to work on and we don't need to keep in the todo
list then. Feel free to reopen if you disagree
