[Bug 82458] gnome-cups-manager's .desktop file should be in /usr/share/applications

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-cups-manager

Currently gnome-cups-manager's .desktop file is installed in /usr/share
/control-center-2.0/capplets/. Following the freedesktop standards, it
should be installed in /usr/share/applications. This happens upstream,
but it seems as if the ubuntu package uses it's own .desktop file. This
could be dropped in favor of the upstream one.
