[Bug 81872] gstreamer unable to play ogg

Hello ...

I recorded some radio stream by mplayer [ mplayer -noframedrop -dumpfile radiowave_high.ogg -dumpstream http://stream.rozhlas.cz:8000/radiowave_high.ogg
 ] .  Rhythmbox and totem are unable to play it . If I use stream with lower bitrate (http://stream.rozhlas.cz:8000/radiowave_low.ogg  ... 42kbps) playing start, but after a few seconds stop. When I try higher bitrate (  http://stream.rozhlas.cz:8000/radiowave_high.ogg  ... 128kbps)  Rhythmbox doesn't starts playing :( . And in console is this :
