[Bug 81751] remove ekiga from default ubuntu-installation

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: ekiga

current problem with ekiga:
1. isn't integrated with other elements of the system.
2. got "weird" UI,
3. judging from the number of bugs filed against ekiga, it's almost not used.

what can replace it? 
i'm not terribly sure... a short list:
tapiocaui, landell, gossip-telepathy, phonegaim.
