after i rebooted with another OS (knoppix), this time the emergency gnome worked, i opened the gnome-theme-manager and i got the same error as before, here it's the automatic report,
i'm sorry i can't say much more, how noob i am :( 

hovewer i'll guess now i should purge the themes that doesn't belong to
the standard ubuntu and desist exploiting the gnome-look's goods, it's
better if i don't mess with themes or similar things
