[Bug 80302] Improved package descriptions

Binary package hint: glade-3

I have looked at the descriptions of all the glade-3 packages, and
thought they could be improved somewhat.

Below are the descriptions which I think would be more appropriate:

  glade-3:                      User Interface Designer for GTK+ and GNOME
  glade-gnome-3:           GNOME plugin for the Glade interface designer library
  libgladeui-1-4:             Glade interface designer library
  libgladeui-1-2:             Glade interface designer library
  libgladeui-1-common:  Common files for the Glade interface designer library
  libgladeui-1-dev:          Development files for the Glade interface designer library

** Affects: glade-3 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
