[Bug 24785] Re: page layout settings not respected in preview and printing

I would like this moved to critical as this is a basic feature needed
for printing and I can't print my documents with out it.  (And I use my
things at work and church)  Does anyone know if this is a bug in Dapper
too? or is it just edgy?
