[Bug 20751] Re: opening a .pls will not result in rb playing the stream

I'm still seeing this problem in Feisty with Rhythmbox 0.9.7.  The new
.pls is added to Rhythmbox's Radio list, but the station does not start
playing.  Adding the URL manually through Rhythmbox's menu does work
however.
