[Bug 88685] [Feisty] Please remove the dependency of ubuntu-desktop to dekstop-effects

Excuse me, but I can't really see the reason of why ubuntu-desktop
should depends to desktop-effects and so to compiz.

A lot of users don't use composite window managers, so I can't really
see the reason to force the default installation of those packages.
