[Bug 88122] Dutch translation theme preferences wrong

The Dutch translation of the 'theme preferences'-panel states :
'Vookeuren'.  It should be 'Voorkeuren'.  When opening the theme-
preferences-panel this wrong translation showes up in the window-heading
and in the windowlist in the bottompanel.
