Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: gnome-applets
Using Version: Trash Applet 2.17.1
Distribution: Ubuntu Feisty Fawn 7.04 Development Branch, all current updates applied.
After deleting files on Ubuntu Feisty Fawn, the gnome trash applet does
not recognize czhanges to the trash folder. Selecting "empty trash" from
the context menu is not possible, either.
But opening the trash folder using the applet shows the trash folder
with all deleted items and nautilus also presents the expected "Empty
trash" button.
Therefore I assume the applet is malfunctioning.
