[Bug 87502] [feisty] inconsistent keyboard icons

Public bug reported:

In Ubuntu Feisty Herd 4 (i didn't try previous herd versions) the two
keyboard icons in the new control center are different.

The one in category "Personal" under "Keyboard accessibility" looks old and ugly.
Then in category "Hardware" under "Keyboard" there is a cool looking icon (from tangerine icon set I guess).

I think it makes no sense using different icons for the same thing,
especially when one is from an older icon theme (and very ugly).
