[Bug 87336] Printing via evince from smb vfs

Public bug reported:

When connecting to a samba share via Places->Connect to Server and
opening a pdf file with evince, it will not print on a connected
printer. It prints when either a range is specified or when printing to
a file is selected. This behaviour does not occur on Feisty.
