[Bug 86612] workspace switcher can't add workspaces

Workspace Switcher 2.17.91

You can't add extra workspaces via the up/down arrows, but you can type
the number in.

Right click on Workspace Switcher - Preferences - arrow up/down.

Workaround: type the number in.
