[Bug 86493] [Feisty] wrong keyboard layout

Public bug reported:

Feisty on amd64, my primary language is czech, as a secondary I chose english(US). I use the keyboard applet, but it is not possible to change the layout by left clicking on its icon. When I right click on the icon, I can select the US layout. Problem is, that the so-called US layout is in fact british (from env: LANGUAGE=cs_CZ:cs:en_GB:en) and that I cannot change the layout anymore. Only czech and british or only czech (but the keyboard applet still indicates czech and US layout).
Hope I described the problem clearly as much as possible.
