[Bug 86354] Fesity-create-launcher-on-gnome-panel-fails

Public bug reported:

When creating a launcher on the panel I put in the following info:

Type=Application
Name=stv
Command=/home/john/steeky/stvlinux0.2.sh

I've selected the icon using the 'browse icons' dialog



When I click ok on the 'create launcher' panel it gives the following error message:

Failed to close file
'/home/john/.gnome2/panel2.d/default/launchers/stvlinux0.2.sh.desktop.KVSQNT':
fclose() failed: Success


The launcher icon does not appear on the panel.
