[Bug 86237] "play" button on podcast notification

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

The last version of thythmbox notifies when a new podcast is found and
when it has been successfully downloaded. Could this last notification
have a "play" button so that the user can listen to it without any kind
of hassle?
