[Bug 86041] GtkAboutDialog Close button doesn't work

I'm a GTK programming novice, so my apologies in advance if it turns out
this is actually something I'm doing wrong. I'm confident this is a bug
because this appears to be a regression from Dapper to Edgy.

In Edgy, GtkAboutDialog windows will remain visible even after the
"Close" button has been clicked on.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Compile the small program attached.
2. Run it.
3. Click on the "Close" button.
4. Note that the GtkAboutDialog remains visible.
