[Bug 85873] network-admin crashes without error

Hi

I've tried to use the network manager static configuration link to
network-admin in feisty (x86 up to date), to set up an static ip and see
if the new funtionality in network-manager worked, but now network-admin
crashes on startup without an error and network manager reports no
network connection when I do have network connection.
