[Bug 85239] Ubuntu 7.04 :install OS:DMRAID isn't support

System configuration

Mainboard: 
RS690+SB600
CPU:AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4400+
OS :ubuntu 7.04
STEP: 
   1. In BIOS -> Chipset ->SouthBridge Configuration -> RAID -> Exit Saving Changes
   2. Boot form CD-ROM ,install the OS.
   3. in the GUI mode system cann't find RAID HDD

** Affects: control-center (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
