[Bug 84931] "New folder" icon is huge in Nautilus' "File" and folder context menus

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: human-icon-theme

The "New folder" icon is too big and it causes the menu's icon column
width, and the "Create Folder" menu item height to expand and look out
of place and inconsistent.

I'm not sure if this is a bug in Human Icon Theme or not, but I'll take
the gamble anyway.
