[Bug 84587] [feisty] launcher with arguments in command don't display

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-panel

After upgrading to feisty, my custom launchers in the gnome-panel that
contained a command plus arguments disappeared.  launchers with commands
like "vlc" "kate" etc. are still there.

For example:
1) create a launcher in the panel for gkrellm, note that it works fine with the command "gkrellm"
2) create another launcher in the panel for "gkrellm --server <some server>" and note that the launcher does not appear.

I have two laptops doing this
