[Bug 84278] infinite loop with PrintScreen

- Press Alt
- Press PrintScreen
- Release Alt
- Release PrintScreen

Both KDE and GNOME go into an infinite loop of starting their screenshot
apps.

X is completely unresponsive, Ctrl-BackSpace doesn't kill it, only
SysRq-k.
