[Bug 84086] [apport] serpentine crashed with AssertionError in _get_progress()"

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: serpentine

Steps taken to receive error on a fresh boot.

1. Boot (obviously)
2. Insert blank disk.
3. When asked, tell Gnome to burn an audio CD.
4. Serpentine loads.  Add 192kbps variable-bit-rate audio tracks to the list of tracks to burn.
5. After waiting for Serpentine to import the tracks (12 in this case), click "Write to Disk" button.
5. Disc writing window opens, begins converting tracks at which point Serpentine gave the error.

The disk did burn successfully since it's a different program and, oddly, Serpentine did not actually crash.
Perhaps, the program that crashed was a subprocess.
