[Bug 83951] Feisty gnome control center not entirely accessible to screen reader.

Public bug reported:

When attempting to navigate the control center with the Orca screen
reader, it is impossible to read the buttons under the Groups heading on
the left. Everything else, including filter text box, other section
names, and the various options in the control center speak fine. When
moving up and down the groups list, all that is indicated is a button.
