[Bug 83724] [Feisty] "Sound manager window" is different

I don't know if that's a bug or a configuration problem, but the window who appear on screen when I increase or reduce sound is different randomly.
The first is the same that in Edgy Eft for example.
The second is a nice transparent window. I don't know how to be more precise, sorry.
 Why 2 ? (I like the second :) )
