[Bug 83701] missing icon in tooltip of rhythmbox

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

If I move the mouse  pointer over the rhythmbox icon in my gnome-
notification area of my panel, I get a tooltip saying "not playing" with
a missing icon.  This is with an up to date Feisty.
