[Bug 83377] [users-admin] cannot set random password

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

Steps :
1. Create new user or edit one;
2. set random password.
3. Try to create user.

Error dialog says the user must have a password, as if the box was
blank.

Low priority : A simple workaround is to copy-paste the random password
and set it manually.
