[Bug 83294] [feisty] Evolution is always offline when I start it

Public bug reported:

Each time I start evolution, it seems to have set me as working offline.
I have to click "File -> Work Online" to start working again.

My email server uses IMAP. Please let me know if I can help to debug
more.
