[Bug 63091] missing files in libgtk2.0-doc

Public bug reported:

I get serval file not found with devhelp under the "gtk+ faq" and the
"gtk+ tutorial" entries

For example "Firefox can't find the file at /usr/share/gtk-doc/html/gtk-
tutorial/book1.html."
