This error happens with me, too.
I'm not using galago plugin. (I don't know what it is :)

Another information:

If my contact list is open and i close gaim by right clicking on status
icon and choose "close" option, the contact list window remains opened.
After a while, apport appears...

This error happens when i close gaim.

I'm using 2.0.0+beta3.1-1ubuntu6 on edgy.
