[Bug 62010] (Edgylaunchpad, Gnome) wastebasket got no immediate way to empty

Public bug reported:

in order to empty the wastebasket, it is 
needed to choose file->empty wastebasket.
this is not immediately obvious.

a better solution, in my opinion, will be to add an "empty wastebasket"
ribbon under the address bar (similar to what is done when 
in cd-burning mode).
