[Bug 61767] External disks PPC bootstrap partition are automounted

volume.ignore is only set to true if storage.removable and
storage.hotpluggable are false.

I don't understand why, it clutters the desktop  and breaks ybin. It
seems to work well if volume.ignore is moved outside the <match>.
