[Bug 61481] non empty folders have "folder-display|" prepended (Edgy)

Public bug reported:

All folder names that have unread mail in mail folders treeview now have
the words "folder-display|" prepended, eg "folder-display|Inbox (12)"
and then the whole line is in bold.
