[Bug 60755] New .lang file for DocBook

Binary package hint: gedit

I have submitted a new .lang file for DocBook upstream:

The gedit team tells me that they will not commit this for a while as
they plan on merging SoC changes to gtksourceview for 2.17, but
suggested that Ubuntu might want to include this with Edgy.
