[Bug 60572] gswitchit crashes on startup and any panel applet add/remove

Public bug reported:

gswitchit appears to be the GNOME keyboard switcher.

This applet brings up the GNOME bug buddy on login, and then again if
_any_ [other] panel applet is added or removed.
