contacts should be listed before restart, that's bug #30843 which is
fixed to edgy and should be fixed to dapper when we update evolution to
GNOME 2.14.3 (which is waiting to dapper-proposed at the moment because
the new version has lot of changes and that's not something easy to
update for a stable distribution)
