[Bug 60536] Sound Recorder doesn't work

Public bug reported:

The microphone and sound device seem ok. I can hear my voice from mic. But the 'Sound Recorder' will be suspend while I press the Record button. I have to force quit.
Moveover, the skype doesn't work properly, I can hear the other but who can't.
