[Bug 60447] [edgy] Workspace switcher: Maximized windows have one pixel gap

Public bug reported:

In Edgy, maximized windows don't cover the whole region of their
workspace's cell in the workspace switcher.  There's still a one-pixel
gap.  Attaching screenshot.
