[Bug 60071] Gets confused when using --translate --pid $pid on the live cd

Public bug reported:

On the live CD, processes such as nautilus have
/casper/filesystem.squashfs/usr/bin/nautilus as their /proc/self/exe
link.  To work around this, launchpad-integration should fall back to
looking at /proc/pid/cmdline and not just the exe link.
