[Bug 40747] Re: Setting keyboard shortcurts leads to keys not working elsewhere

This problem seems to affect only certain shortcut's.  For instance,
setting the shortcut for "Pause" *isable* one of my keys (letter-
before-E key, as you might notice), but *oing so for the "Log out"
shortcut *i* not reveal this bug.
