[Bug 59738] Re: [services-admin] no services are listed in the GUI

re-creating the admin group and adding myself to it has solved this
problem and bug 59737.  I am however curious if I caused this problem or
if it was a package upgrade, I don't remember doing anything involving
groups but since I haven't seen anyone else with this problem I will
assume it was me.
