[Bug 59738] Re: [services-admin] no services are listed in the GUI

I think this bug and bug 59738 are caused by the same problem all
related to a dbus issue (maybe) here is the output from restarting dbus

 warren at CiRuS:~ $ sudo /etc/init.d/dbus restart
