[Bug 59815] Duplicate language entries in menu when playing dvds

Public bug reported:

Totem-gstreamer displays the same languages twice or three times in
sound->languages. How often I see entries for one language differs
depending on the inserted dvd.

I use edy and totem-gstreamer 2.16.1-1ubuntu1.
