[Bug 59737] [shares-admin] does not recognize installed smb of nfs

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

every time I open shares-admin it prompts that "Sharing services are not
installed" which they are.  If I click on "Install Services" nothing
happens, the prompt just closes then re-opens.
